You may request a return for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided all conditions below are met.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
✔ Unworn, unwashed, and unused
✔ Free from stains, makeup, fake tan, deodorant, or perfume
✔ Returned with security tags intact
✔ Requested via our official Returns Portal
✔ Returned in original condition and packaging
Any item that does not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the sender.

International Returns (Outside the UK)
All international returns must be sent using a prepaid UPS return label.
When submitting your return, please select the correct option:

Within 24 hours, you will receive:
📩 A prepaid UPS return shipping label
📄 A commercial invoice
Both documents must be printed and securely attached to your parcel.
Failure to include the commercial invoice may result in:

Refund Approval & Processing
Refunds are issued only after:
✔ The item has arrived back at our warehouse
✔ The item has passed a physical inspection
✔ The return matches the original return request
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow several working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless:

The item is confirmed as faulty
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Last Chance,” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
These items are sold at a reduced price and excluded from change-of-mind returns, including size, colour, or style exchanges.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a Final Sale item is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights.
By completing a purchase of a Final Sale item, you acknowledge and agree that the item is non-returnable except where required by law.
