How do I track my order?
Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 days for processing on all orders.
Why hasn't my international item been delivered to me yet?
International orders are subjected to clear customs. Depending upon volumes at customs, delays may occur. If you track your item online and the status shows it is with customs, please note we cannot intervene, but will be delivered by the carrier promptly upon release.

What if I received the wrong item?
Please email us at hello@farailondon. In the rare case that you received the incorrect item, we will be happy to send you the correct one at no additional cost, along with a return label for the incorrect item.
Will I have to pay Taxes & Duties on top of my order?
Farai London is not liable for any customs clearance fees in your country. Our prices do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur when purchasing and importing you your country.
What do I do if I put the wrong address?
You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
However, we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
How do I take care of my swimwear?
Gentle hand wash in cold soapy water then rinse in cold water. Hang dry or leave flat to dry in shaded area.
