Farai London operates an Exchange Only policy.
We accept exchanges on unworn items with all original tags and labels, returned within 14 days of receipt.
Shipping costs are not covered by Farai London; we recommend using your local post office for reliable service and tracking.
For international exchanges, email exchanges@farailondon.com to receive a link for a discounted return label.

You may exchange for any available size or item. We cover the cost of sending your replacement. Each item is eligible for two exchanges.
If your desired size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.
If your replacement costs more, please purchase a gift card for the difference and notify us at exchanges@farailondon.com.
