Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Farai London purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite right.

Our returns process is designed to be straightforward. Please review the information below to ensure your return can be processed smoothly.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

• Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, fake tan, stains or other signs of wear.

• Returned with all original labels and security tags attached and intact.

• Accompanied by their original packaging, where possible.

• Registered through our official Returns Portal.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions, subject to your statutory rights. Items returned in an unsuitable condition may be sent back to the customer.

How to Make a Return

International Returns

For customers returning orders from outside the United Kingdom, we provide a prepaid UPS returns service to help ensure your parcel is returned securely and with the appropriate customs documentation.

When registering your return, please select:

International Returns — £30

Within 24 hours, you will receive an email containing:

• Your prepaid UPS return shipping label.

• The accompanying commercial invoice.

Both documents must be printed and securely attached to the outside of your parcel before shipping.

Important: The commercial invoice is required for customs clearance. Missing or incomplete documentation may result in delays, additional charges or the parcel being refused by customs authorities.

Our prepaid UPS service provides tracked shipping and the necessary customs documentation to facilitate your return.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return reaches our warehouse, our team will carefully inspect the item to ensure it meets our returns requirements.

Following approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed fault, in which case your statutory rights will apply.

We kindly ask that you retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Final Sale Items

Selected pieces may be marked Final Sale, Last Chance or Clearance.

These items are offered at a reduced price and may be subject to additional return restrictions where permitted by law.

Final Sale purchases are not eligible for discretionary returns or exchanges outside your statutory rights.

For eligible online purchases, your statutory cancellation rights continue to apply, including where an item has been discounted. Your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods also remain unaffected.
